What Is REAL Movement
An introduction to the REAL Movement framework: motor control, integrated movement principles, fascial science, and three-dimensional joint motion. Five lessons that lay the foundation for everything else.
A Brain-Based Musculoskeletal Approach: Part 1, Foundations
An eight-week deep dive extending that framework into the brain and nervous system: treating capacities in gait, working with people in pain, motor control and muscle testing, and a full walkthrough of a real patient assessment. Built directly from Foundations of Movement.
Mentorship
Mentorship is the core of my teaching. It's ongoing, case-based work with clinicians who want to reason better — bringing real patients, real findings, and real uncertainty, and working through what to look at, what it means, and what to change first.
It suits clinicians who already have a foundation and want to sharpen observation, organize complex assessments, and make clearer decisions under the pressure of practice.
